Shipping Policy — Pratima Pre-Mix

Thank you for choosing Pratima Pre-Mix. We ship our authentic Kathiyawadi chai, thandai, coffee premix, and jaggery products across India directly from our Ahmedabad facility. Please read our shipping policy carefully before placing your order.

Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed and dispatched within 24–48 hours of payment confirmation (Monday–Saturday).
  • Orders placed on Sundays and public holidays are processed on the next working day.
  • Bulk and wholesale orders may require an additional 1–2 business days for processing — our team will confirm dispatch timelines via email or WhatsApp.

Delivery Timelines (Pan-India)

Once dispatched, delivery times vary by location:

  • Ahmedabad & Gujarat: 2–4 business days
  • Mumbai, Pune, Delhi NCR, Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Chennai, Kolkata: 3–5 business days
  • Other metro and tier-1 cities: 4–7 business days
  • Tier-2 cities, smaller towns, and remote areas: 5–10 business days
  • North-East India, Jammu & Kashmir, Andaman: 7–12 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors outside our control such as weather, courier delays, or local conditions.

Shipping Charges

  • FREE shipping on all orders above ₹699 across India.
  • For orders below ₹699, a flat shipping fee of ₹50–₹70 applies depending on weight and destination — calculated automatically at checkout.
  • Bulk orders and wholesale partners receive dedicated shipping rates — contact us via WhatsApp for details.

Payment Options

  • Prepaid orders: UPI, Credit/Debit Card, Net Banking, Wallets — dispatched same/next day.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD): Available across most pin codes in India. A small COD handling fee may apply at checkout.

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive:

  • A confirmation email with the courier name and tracking number.
  • An SMS/WhatsApp notification (where available) with the tracking link.

You can also track your order anytime by logging into your account on pratimapremix.in or replying to our WhatsApp messages.

Our Shipping Partners

We ship via reliable, established courier partners including Delhivery, Shiprocket, BlueDart, DTDC, and India Post. The choice of courier depends on your delivery pin code and serviceability.

Damaged or Lost in Transit

While we pack every order with care — using protective inserts and tamper-proof seals — damage during transit can occasionally occur.

  • If your package arrives visibly damaged, please refuse delivery if possible OR take clear photos/video of the unopened package immediately.
  • Report damage or missing items within 48 hours of delivery by emailing admin@pratimapremix.in or WhatsApp at +91 97276 96234 with photos.
  • We will replace or refund damaged items after verification — see our Refund Policy for full details.

Failed Deliveries & Return-to-Origin

If a courier is unable to deliver after multiple attempts due to incorrect address, customer unavailability, or refusal at the doorstep, the package will be returned to us.

  • For prepaid orders, refunds will be initiated after deducting the actual two-way shipping cost incurred.
  • For COD orders, repeated refusal may result in restrictions on future COD orders.
  • Please double-check your shipping address and phone number before placing the order.

Address Changes & Cancellations

  • Address change requests can be honoured only before dispatch. Contact us immediately via WhatsApp or email after placing the order.
  • Once dispatched, address changes are usually not possible.
  • Cancellation requests received before dispatch are processed within 24 hours, with refunds issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

International Shipping

We currently ship only within India. For international orders — including UAE, USA, UK, Canada, Australia and others — please WhatsApp us at +91 97276 96234 for custom shipping quotes and timelines.
