Refund & Return Policy

At Pratima Pre-Mix, we stand behind the quality of every product we manufacture and ship. Please read this policy before placing your order.


1. Return Window

Return and replacement requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.


2. Eligible Return Reasons

We accept return or replacement requests only for the following reasons:

  • Damaged product — item arrived physically damaged or broken
  • Wrong item received — you received a different product or flavour than ordered
  • Missing item — an item from your order was not delivered
  • Expired product — product received past its expiry or best-before date

3. Non-Returnable Items

As our products are food and beverage items, we are unable to accept returns in these situations:

  • Product has been opened or partially consumed
  • Request raised after 7 days of delivery
  • Dislike of taste, flavour, or personal preference
  • Products purchased during a sale or clearance event

4. How to Request a Return

  1. Email sales@pratimapremix.in or WhatsApp +91 82382 01989 within 7 days of delivery.
  2. Include your Order ID and a photo or video of the damaged or incorrect item.
  3. Our team will review and respond within 24–48 business hours.

5. Refund Process

  • Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
  • For COD orders, refunds are issued via bank transfer — please share your account details when raising the request.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

6. Return Shipping Cost

Pratima Pre-Mix bears the return shipping cost for all eligible claims (damaged, wrong, or expired items). We will arrange a pickup or provide a prepaid label.


7. Replacement Option

Instead of a refund, we may offer a free replacement of the same item shipped within 2–3 business days of claim approval.
